A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced International Sales Executives to work with an expanding British luxury goods trading company based in London. With a unique business model that centres on sourcing branded goods from the UK and selling them in the Asian market, its success has brought the need to expand. As the backbone of the London sales team you will be expected to embed the company’s vision and ethos and train future employees.

The International Sales Executive will have confidence, drive and the ability to build long lasting relationships with Asian and Middle Eastern markets to provide a wide range of British products which are increasingly being accepted as a promise of quality.

The position is responsible for growing the business in Asia by meeting sales budgets and maintaining a high quality brand image whilst supporting the growth of each POS (Point Of Sale Account). You will manage client relationships via face to face communication. You will encompass care for client accounts including the responsibility to evaluate and provide support to clients on matters relating to product knowledge and assortments.


A lot of your work will be field based and you will be expected to have an already established network but also have the drive to establish valuable long lasting relationships, be able to work under pressure towards a deadline and take initiative when closing deals with clients.

International travel is required on a frequent basis throughout the year.

What you will do?


  • Develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies and annual plans to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives

  • Ability to source, build, negotiate and develop relations with Asian importers, distributors, retailers and e-commerce players from the Asian market.

  • Conduct regular monthly business reviews to identify growth potential and areas for improvement and solutions to further develop business

  • Track pricing, promotion mechanism, technology and shopper trends  

  • Track company spending and sales achievement 

  • Provide practical support to enable the international sales team to increase revenue from existing clients and create new business opportunities

  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the UK, understand their markets and customers

  • Propose and monitor in-market marketing activities and promotions, including via digital marketing and social media

  • Monitor and report on competitor sales and marketing actions


What you need to have?


  • 5 or more years’ experience in international sales

  • An already well established network of contacts

  • Self-motivated, Efficient, Tenacious, High degree of integrity

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • A working knowledge in the sale of high quality luxury products

  • Experience in commercial management & commercial planning

  • Skills in excel, data management, copywriting, social media communication etc

  • Experience working with MAC

The interview process will consist of candidates undertaking a telephone interview and submit a 10 minute video in response to a series of industry related questions followed by a face to face interview with the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer.
